Aqar-Estate.com announces new Real Estate Community driven platform Online

Fully revamped website to offer more real estate service, and become more efficient 

Aqar-Estate.com, the real estate listings website which first saw the light in 2008 as a simple platform for users to display and look for real-estate in every form; announced officially launching its new revamped website. The Arabic speaking website has aimed since the beginning of its life to fill a gap that was not being dealt with by a lot of other websites, i.e: to provide a simple platform to deal with real estate for Arabic speakers and none professionals. The website gained a loyal and welcoming audience, and to many, became the preferred way to deal with real estate.

On the first of August 2010, a group of real-estate agencies and mediators, gathered in a large hall in the Bristol Hotel, Amman, where they heard about the new and improved Aqar-Estate.com. “It’s a great chance for all these companies to reach customers beyond their circle of acquaintances, city, and even country.” Hanan Khader, the CEO, and the co-founder of AQAR-ESTATE said.  To many of those agencies the chance to easily market and display their real estate to the growing online presence was a great opportunity to expand and grow. 

Since then, the website has transformed itself into a real online community of real-estate traders and seekers. Users have become members that interact with each other instead of reacting to each other’s actions. The ease of use and quickness of the response became one of the most important aspects of using the website. “We’re always updating the website and adding new features.” Said Malik Al-Barghouti, CTO and co-founder of AQAR-ESTATE. “We want to make the experience smoother. We’re hoping using the website becomes second nature to our users.” Real-estate is now being displayed in real-time, updated so rapidly there is always something new being offered or requested. For most users it has taken the place of weekly classifieds papers, for the simple fact that they will see it first on the website and make decisions not only faster but more in a informed fashion

Another important element of the new website is the ability of individual users to look at what the regional real-estate offices are offering. Instead of having to go back and forth between agencies and mediators, to get comparative prices or properties, Aqar-Estate has become of one-stop-shop for most users. Not only have this made things easier for countries locals, but also for users that are outside the country like expatriates, foreign investors, or tourists. The international access that the internet is now providing to international users provides a solid alternative to contacting actual real-estate owners or mediators which at time is expensive and inconvenient.
